El desorden no es solo físico: cómo impacta tu mente, tus emociones y tu energía diaria

¿Alguna vez has sentido que el desorden de tu casa te agota mentalmente? No estás sola. Muchas mujeres, entre ellas profesionales, emprendedoras y mamás multitasking, viven rodeadas de objetos fuera de lugar que parecen inofensivos, pero que tienen un gran impacto en su bienestar.

Según las expertas de Clear Space, el desorden no solo ocupa espacio físico. También genera ruido mental, impide el descanso, afecta la concentración y puede causar frustración, culpa o sensación de incapacidad.
